First, you have to make yourself aware of how good it feels to move your body as you walk. Do not think about trying to lose Fat, but only about appreciating the way your body moves. Second, try to experience the act of walking as if you are doing this for the very first time. Marvel at every step you take and every turn you make and every little thing that the world around you reveals.
Third, leave any worries behind you when you walk and stay in the moment. This is your alone time and you should use it to unwind. Forget everything else even for a little while. Fourth, pay very close attention to how your feet feel as you take each step on the ground. Connect with the earth and be one with nature. Fifth, take note of the strength and power that your muscles hold. As each day progresses, you should notice slight differences in the degree of this strength and power.
Sixth, feel yourself moving in space. Notice how the wind feels on your skin and try to gauge the temperature in the air. Walking is also a good opportunity to feast on the beauty of nature. See how vibrant the flowers are and notice how beautifully the light comes through tree branches and leaves. Assume nothing while you walk and observe everything that happens around you.
