Resistance has always been the true and best way to lose Fat. However, if conducted properly, results can be easily doubled or tripled. Who doesn’t want his workout results triple? Well, not me. Together with faster Fat loss, muscle and strength is also gained; which is even more healthier.

To make these things happen, the exercises must be conducted the right way. And nowadays, many resistance trainers are misinformed about the right way to workout. Whenever you walk into a fitness center or gym you should notice almost all of the exercisers performing their workouts the less optimal way. This basically means that they are working out to lose the least amount of fat possible instead of the highest amount.

To get your training results to multiply, you have to perform your reps the right way. The way you perform a rep is very crucial in fat burning and doing a rep wrong will do you no good. There are 3 different strength levels in a rep and you have to pass through all of them to get best results.

For example, take a pair dumbbells. We are going to do some curls with these. Begin with the Fat down at your side and proceed by curling the dumbbells up to your shoulders. Make sure you do that slowly and and smoothly. take a brief pause and contract your biceps at the top of the movement. Now slowly lower the dumbbells back to starting point.

The first part of this rep, that is, when you curl to your shoulders, trains your positive strength level which is the first level in a rep. When you contract your biceps after curling, your static strength level is trained. Finally, when you finish the rep by getting back to starting position, your negative strength level is trained.

Now, many people don’t focus on the negative and static levels. They just focus on lifting the Fat and do the reps very quickly. This doesn’t train the static and negative levels. A fact about strength is that it leads to muscle growth, which leads to a faster resting metabolism, which leads to faster fat loss and various other improved health factors. Next time you do a rep, focus on all the three strength levels present.
